Provisional Schedule for filming

To enable me to thoroughly plan my time accordingly, I hosted meeting with my actor and actress to find a good time to film with them all. My aim was decided that I would have all of my filming completed by half term. This was a very tight schedule to agree to so I held a meeting to agree and officialise filming times and dates. As I don't have any free periods in which I could film either my Actor or Actress, we have decided to heavily rely on after school sessions.

Availability
After our discussions, we found that Tuesdays were not suitable as Alice had other commitments after school as well as the lack of shared Free periods that day. Wednesdays and Mondays we were all free after school for at least an hour. Thursdays were unavailable, however I requested to move my timetable slightly with my other lessons in order to fit an hour and a half of filming completed. Fridays were also completely not free as Alice has other commitments after school. As George is in my media group, I found no dificaulty in fitting him into the schedule as we have all six lessons a week in which I can film, however we chose Wednesday as it is a double lesson to ensure more filming time.

Monday 10th October - Photoshoot/ Dress Rehearsal
The purpose of this shoot was to check our final designs for costume and makeup to ensure that Alice and I both knew exactly how to set up quickly and correctly. We decided on this time that would be a good time to shoot as we both did not have any other commitments after school and were available for an hour.

Wednesday 12th October- 1st Shoot
We decided that wednesday was also appropriate, however it would be tight as I had other commitments at 4.15 leaving us 50 minutes to film. In this shoot I would like to film the Studio shoot as this was an available location.The shoot includes using the plain top and jeans outfit as well as the chair to style to shot like Ciara's video.

Monday 17th October- 2nd shoot
In this shoot, I would like to film the Park scene with the brick wall. This will give us time of about 1 hour and 20 minutes to shoot the whole scene a few times. The location is always available as it is public, but because of this, we chose to shoot this scene in the time period where we have the most time possible as it was very probable that there would be distractions from other members of the public.

Wednesday 19th October- Filming George + 4th shoot
In this time period, I would like to shoot the scene with George as the main male casting. This will be an ideal time frame as I have a lesson with George which allows me to have George to film for 50 minutes. I have also got Alice free after school in this same day in which I plan to shoot my 'Party' and Glam scene in the drama studio. This will enable me to shoot another full scene in which I can hopefuly complete and finish.

Thursday Period 3-4 20th October-3rd shoot
For this shoot, I would like to film my choreographed dance routine in the dance studio. This is because the dance studio is free in this time period, and I can also get a good amount of time to get this scene done as I think that it will be fairly time consuming.

Now I have clearly shown and planned exactly what I will need and exactly what I am going to shoot and when, I feel much more prepared in what I need to have completed by my deadline. Although the filming should all be complete in plenty of time, it also will leave me time to review my footage over the half term and decide if I need to re-shoot any of my scenes to improve the general footage quality.
